    There is a need for cultural change in the bank to trust NGOs and to talk to them, but there is an equal need for some members of civil society to give us a chance and not say simply that it's the bank and it must be evil,



    The conscience of children is formed by the influences that surround them; their notions of good and evil are the result of the moral atmosphere they breathe.
