    You guys have to talk about something, ... so why not blow things up a little bit and make them larger than life We've always hated the rock star term and all the clich bullshit that comes with it.     As the clich goes, The best defense is a good offense. Go forward beaggressive. Dont give your fears or competition a chance to pin you down. Trepidation and loss of confidence come with a defensive posture. Attack theproblem, attack the market, attack the competition, and you are proceedingpositively. Fear will melt and confidence will rise.


    It's an old clich that guys who aren't the most talented players make good managers and teachers, ... I fall into that category ... I had to do a lot of listening and learning by trial and error to make myself into the player I became. I think that's one reason I've been able to communicate with players.
