There has to be innate circuitry that does the learning, that creates the culture, that acquires the culture, and that responds to socialization.
As an American a lot of people lack an understanding of their roots. But people want to reestablish that. There's a sense of belonging, camaraderie and socialization. You see the same people at events like this across the country.
