    The governor apparently can't see the forest for the trees, perhaps because of the smog. Children, especially, are hurt by this thoughtless veto, as asthma rates continue to rise across our state.

    The purpose of this program is to reduce the amount of emissions being released every day in California and to clean up some of the smog from the California skies that's the bottom line.


    In fact, when you burn coal, you emit more acid rain pollution, more air pollution, more smog and more global warming pollution which threatens the entire planet.
