    It's hard to say coming in how it's going to progress, but we're excited about Greg. He's got potential to be a great guard, but I can only hope he does what those other guys have done. Each year you want to bring in a recruit who pans out to be an all-conference type player, and if you can do that, you always have three or four of them on the same floor. If it's not Greg, I hope it's one of the other freshmen.

    We made a couple of bonehead plays late, things we don't expect out of our veterans, and that allowed them back in the game.

    I told the kids at halftime to forget about Monday - it's about today. If you win today, you're in the NCAA tournament. It's March now, and I'm running out of things to say.

    As a coach you are always telling them how great they can be and sometimes they don't see the greatness. It was cool to make some history, beat a ranked team, and have a crowd here like this. It was really fun.

    It's the first time I've ever had to deal with this.
