They're doing pretty much exactly what we did three years ago. But the unanswered question in all this is what are they going to do in terms of fleet enhancement. In our experience it cost 1.5bn to upgrade our planes. I don't see that type of investment as likely from BA, as this is a very peripheral part of the overall business.
