This incident with Sony BMG is merely one instance of the media and entertainment industry going too far. As a result, I do believe that it is time to get government involved in setting down some laws that clarify the content owner's rights as well as the rights of the consumer. It is evident that the media and entertainment industry cannot be trusted to self-govern.
