We saw a period in the February-March time frame when we didn't have a lot of visibility, and IT spending was in a state of suspended animation. But today, two weeks into our third fiscal quarter, we've got many data points where IT spending is, in fact, being released.
I think that we are at the beginning of a multi-phased, decade-long evolution, and the market really hasn't started to bifurcate - like we saw in data communications - yet. But when it does, we'll be ready to make our moves. As an example, we added 170 employees this last quarter. We are attempting to do the same again this quarter. So we are going to continue to grow organically for the foreseeable future.
The greatest factor clouding our vision is conservative forecasting on the part of our sales channel and our field. I also think there is a smattering of segments that were strong last year that aren't strong this year.
