He pretty much knows my body, sort of like (Patriots strength and conditioning) coach (Mike) Woicik does here, and he knows what to put me through to help me prepare for the season. When I come back, Im prepared. Im starting to learn how to take care of my body. I know my body. I know when I need to sit down, when Im really hurting. Im at that point now where I really know my body and Im listening to myself now.
