It's abusive. With all the money we send back to Peru, we are still treated like second-class citizens.
Business owners are not trying to determine if a person is documented or not, or that the documents are valid and legal per se. We are in business to conduct business and bring in profits.
These are the people who maintain the Peruvian economy afloat. And yet they have to waste hours here waiting for a stamp.
What I'm proposing is that the money raised here should stay here to provide better services and support for the U.S.-Peruvian community.
