    The NCAA bought the NIT. So it is a little different. The NCAA will be seeding the tournament. But we are prepared to host a home game if we get the opportunity. We've already turned in all the paper work and we are ready. Hopefully, we will get the opportunity.

    Most of the big UTEP basketball games were NCAA tournament games. We were on TV because we had success, with the history of coach (Don) Haskins and the 1966 national championship team. If you're good, you'll be put on TV. If you're not good, you won't be on TV.

    It is tough to sell 12,000 tickets in two days. There are going to be plenty of seats for anyone who wants to go the game. We will be selling up until game time.
