An IDNS report of tests results four days later states clearly that no cobalt 60 or other fission products were in that water.
A small amount of Cobalt 60 was found near the middle of the plant property in the top 6 inches of soil near the vacuum breaker valve that spilled water in 2000. The finding was reported to the NRC and IDNS and none of the cobalt 60 flowed off the property or entered the groundwater.
