It's the idea of haggis that concerns people because they have this image of stomachs and lungs bubbling out over a big cauldron. The one that passes for culinary acceptability these days really doesn't have much in the way of lungs or hearts or stomach bags. It's mostly oatmeal and liver, I guess. It's a mild sausage compared to what it used to be hundreds of years ago.
A few people suggested haggis but I'm not sure it will appeal to many so I don't think we'll have it.
