Conceptually, it is a wonderful strategy. That's a neglected market. People have been paying attention to the echo boomers and not to the middle woman. That's your Chico's women, and there are a lot of them, and they have the money to spend.
Chico's is a great company, and even though it did well last quarter and everything is fine, people are starting to discount a slower future.
Those middle-60 dollars will be spent probably at Target, Penneys and Sears. Theyre not competing with Meier Frank, Chicos or somebody like that.
We are actually still working with Chico's, and there are incentives involved because it's very important for us to keep this kind of headquarters in this community, and we feel like Chico's has a lot to offer to the community.
