In order to prevent further injury, Mr. Gravelle constructed enclosures around their twin bunk beds to provide a secure space to keep them safe while the parents were asleep at night. These have been characterized as cages, however, that was not their function. They have no lock, latch, or provision for them. There was no cruelty, excessive restraint or risk of harm. The children were free to leave their beds anytime they wanted. There is a simple buzzer on the door, solely as a safety precaution to wake the parents if the children got out of bed at night.

    On the (clock's) computer it counts down to 100s of a second, which doesn't show on the clock. So you won't get that buzzer until that computer hits 000. That's why there is a delay. We did discuss it before the match that we would go with the buzzer and not the time on the clock.

    There's something about the chemistry on this team, that, when it's time to turn it on, we're going to turn it on. We're just going to play our hearts out until the buzzer sounds.

    We were fortunate enough to get a crucial shot as the buzzer expired from Tyler McEnroe. It was exciting for all of us. Sometimes you show a little too much emotion, but it was out of excitement for the team.

    It was as good of an offensive night as we can have and a decent defensive night as well. We had control of the match from start to the buzzer.

    The last two years, all three games that we've won here have either been buzzer beaters or overtime games. It's getting to the point I can't take a lot more of them. But as long as we keep coming out on this end of it, I guess I'll live with it.
