It's a self-restraint thing. People need to not use them constantly, and they'll be fine.
People tend to use just one finger over and over again and it's that repetitive use with one digit that could lead to problems.
(Laptops) have the tendency to flare up tendons more, (cause) neck pain. With the screens attached to the keyboard you are always looking down.
We're not seeing a whole lot of it yet, but we're concerned that we're going to be seeing a lot more of it in the next three to five years. Our lifestyles are so fast-paced and stressful now that people are using more of these gadgets constantly, and that's where the problem starts.
