Starbucks has a really strong voice right now and they resonate really well with their customers. They're focusing on two or three artists at a time. As long as they pick and choose, they're going to maintain their customers' trust.
It puts the consumer in control and gives the content owner the ability to create their own channel to the consumer. This is the opportunity to reach the consumer directly and not be constrained by gatekeepers, whether it's satellite or cable.
It has the potential to change how people view mobile content.
