    Aaron can get to the rim at will. His ability to penetrate really helped out our shooters, particularly our shooting guard, Travis Johnson. He was a big key in our drive toward our state titles. When he was out of the game, we were not the same team.

    After the first quarter we played well. On defense we stopped Trinity's dribble penetration, and on offense we got the ball to our perimeter shooters after (senior forward) Mike Flowers drew double teams most of the night.

    That is one of our goals for this season, to capture the conference championship.

    We played one of our best defensive games of the season. We did an excellent job of putting pressure on the ball-handler and on our rotations as well.
