What we have here is a system of separate colleges, and separate in this case is inherently unequal.
I can't think of another campus that is as spread out as we are. There are others that have a river down the middle of them. But we are more far-flung, and that's something we have to deal with.
There is a different demand for seats at each of the undergraduate colleges, which leads to a different cutoff point for admission at the different colleges.
