    This is the best I've ever felt in my life. You work so hard for these moments, and it's so worth it. You're like on a cloud. Not only does it feel good, it smells good. It tastes good.

    I don't know if that's what will be talked about, but that's what should be talked about. I think (Moss) is what this team stands for. Everybody sacrificed to get to this point, and I don't think anybody sacrificed more than Adrian Moss, being a starter as a junior and playing a limited role on the court (as a senior) but still being our leader.

    In games like this, it's all about having fun.

    It's really exciting getting to play Kentucky on Saturday, and that's always a game that you circle on the calendar. Everybody knows what this rivalry is all about.

    Right now they're the enemy. I don't plan on showing them any love before the game.

    When you are on the court sometimes, you just have to pay attention to detail. It is harder, but at the same time, you don't want to learn through a loss. You don't want to, but sometimes you do.

    At this point, it doesn't matter. If we worried about the things that you guys worry about, worrying about who has the most hype ... You guys are usually wrong when it comes to things like that.

    Those things go by so fast, you don't really think about it. It's more instinct, you know I mean, the shot goes up, you are trying to get position and then it comes up short and it's right in my hands and all I have to do is go up. A lot of luck goes into that.


    If we worried about the things you guys (in the media) worry about, our heads would explode. We just play basketball.

    I came out fired up but at the same time they did a really good job of defending me, especially Will Thomas. I mean, what can I say He did a great job on me. I'm just glad the other guys stepped up because there were definitely some points where I stunk it up a little bit.

    All it is motivation. When we play with that hunger, we're a completely different team.

    It's indescribable. This is the best I've ever felt in my life. You work so hard for these moments and they're so worth it. We worked so hard as a team, and so much sweat and tears and sacrifices to get moments like this. I'm like on a cloud right now.

    It feels great to win an SEC championship but at the same time you have to understand that you have to look at the bigger picture.

    It's a concern, because we have to go out and do it. We have to stop making mistakes and learn how to close games out.

    You guys are usually wrong about things like that. We can't worry about what you guys say. Otherwise our heads would explode.

    Well, he doesn't talk to me about how to guard a pick and roll. But he talks to me about things we share. The media, the distractions, girls, pressure. He's my biggest influence and my best friend.

    It's a great feeling when you have a lot of doubters and prove them wrong.

    Wednesday was the first time all season we had doubt. We doubted ourselves. We need to keep playing and keep improving.

    I remember skipping school a few times to go watch the Big East tournament (at Madison Square Garden).

    You definitely use what is written as extra motivation. I don't know about us being soft. There is a lot of luck involved (in the tournament).

    He's not the SEC player of the year for no reason. We just tried to contain him. He did get our frontcourt in foul trouble, but we did a pretty good job on him.

    We're a young team and sometimes you've got to learn through experiences. ... The good news is there's a lot of basketball left. But ... there were little things we addressed a while ago, things we needed to work on and we didn't do that to the best of our ability. Sometimes when you lose you learn the hard way. And we definitely didn't want to do that.
