There has to be some substantial changes in who the ABA works with within the city. Mr. McShane cannot be objective in this process, he really should be replaced by someone else. If that's not part of the contract, I think the ABA would probably not want to go through this nightmare again that we've had to go through with Mr. McShane. I'm not saying he's incompetent, I'm just saying, like any other human being, he has his likes and his dislikes and his biases, and it's become very evident in this process of controlling the flow of information.
