Journeying, traveling far
Joseph and Mary
going, as they were order
to David’s town
Bethlehem,
though they were not
following a star
Without a reservation
no room at the inn
homeless and tired
a cold stable way their home
In this space, unheralded
with the animals alone watching
the Messiah entered the world
to bring salvation
to offer himself, God
so that we may live
