Our savior with us
walking this earth
humbled, emptied
giving up his throne
for the manger
living as the lamb
becoming the sacrifice
too soon going
in a whisper of time only
dying, rising
returning to eternity

A Brief Moment
Not really a season
a brief moment
a whisper of time only
Long enough for memory
but the taste still lingers
sweet upon our lips
