So much of our faith
that which is eternal
the dogma we believe
without a certain creed
Something inside
something lasting
believing in the sacredness
the preciousness of the earth
Not a given faith or religion
no, far deeper, primal
something to which we can relate
the world we walk upon
the earth from which we came
