The judgment we reap
now as back then
forsaking the Lord
no awe in him
False idols of this age
to these do we cleave
rejecting the fear of the Lord
trusting in man instead
No love for our neighbor
competition, climbing
up onto the backs of our brother
seeking the brass ring
Climb his mountain
into the holy courts
humbly before the cross
praising almighty God
