Not a destination
save for heaven above
the journey of our faith
a testament to love
God’s grace descending
falling like a dove
the fire burning within us
enabling us to love
To go outside our comfort
sometimes to walk on water
to share God’s love with our neighbor
our sister and our brother
Seeking ever
to walk closer to Christ
wanting to be worthy
every day of our life
