We are our own creators
the work of our lives
growing our own gardens
if only in our minds
All of our days,
planting and tending
sowing seeds and watering
pruning in many seasons
Sometimes neglected
a beautiful chaos of us
the bright colors of our days
the darks of our nights
All together, like a labyrinth,
the days of our journey
praying that we are led
back to you oh Lord
