By God’s grace we are saved
a gift of love, poured out in the blood
the blood of the Lamb, the Son
of the Creator. A love living within our hearts
a love we can share, to serve, to sacrifice
to suffer for the gospel if me must
to bring the good news to the captives
to the prisoners, the sick,
to find ways to be God’s love
in this troubled world,
not to be timid or scared;
but to be our faith
and live the words we believe
