Each of us gifted
by the same Spirit
a kernel of the eternal
breathed into us
something of Christ
of his Spirit
dwelling within us
giving us work to be done
Giving me voice
to rail against injustice
a mind moving
from our argument to another
hearing the details
but making a discrete whole
boiled down, to the essence
like refined silver
reflecting wisdom
shared that justice
would come to the fore
