Walking the few feet
car to the office
Down the street,
quiet Friday, December
Smell of snow
Cold, damp
Memory
Anticipation
Coming, for sure
Knowing it
In joints,
My senses
Hard to describe
The smell of snow
But it is there.
Let it snow
