Let us relax, and rest a time
From our small thunder,
Even though idiots, wading slime,
Go under.
The world is not reformed by our
Thin cries from steeples:
Muezzin summons from a tower
Deaf peoples.
Let one loquacity be not heard:
Know by this token
Silence is felt — a powerful word
Unspoken.
