Seeds of life,
seeds of hope
carried within the ark
in the covenant
the rainbow
the story of the flood
Condemnation was the start
but God has given us hope
never again to wash the earth
to destroy life in this way
loving us, all of creation
in spite of our sin
The seeds of the coming
the Christ-child, the savior
born in the story
the promise
of the rainbow
love of God
written across the skies
