Reconciling concepts of God
the unity of the God of Abraham,
the God of Jesus, the way, the truth,
the light, the portal to the kingdom;
but loving, reconciling all by his blood
How do we see so many devout, loving
faithful servants of God, followers of
other faiths, damned for failing to
understand; believe our faith, our dogma
Muslim, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist believers
reconciled too, we can hope, because a sin
is a sin; we are all sinners; we all need
the sacrifice, of his blood, his body
healing all; bringing us all to the Father
the one God of creation, heaven and earth
the one mother, sustainer of the world
bringing us all home
