How unlikely our journey
since my unemployment
almost two and a half years ago
we continue to be amazed, awed,
by the provision of the Lord
the bounty, the daily bread
that is there, enough for the day
excess spoiling, like the manna
in the desert, needing to turn
to rely on God for the provision
the meeting of our needs
in unexpected ways
