Fidgety, that is probably
the best way to describe us
a ragtag gathering by the van
loading a week’s supplies, provisions,
the stuff we need
Pacing in place, antsy for the start,
the getting underway, embarking
on our mission trip,
anticipating, expectant,
ready to go, to do, to be
the Master’s instruments,
His Hands, downeast.
