With burning zeal, the fire of Pentecost
when the spirit first descended
landing on the apostles, giving them power
So must we be, each day, worshipping God
the one true God, focused, in awe,
bringing his love, his message, his hope to all
Dropping, shedding, letting go
of other priorities, lesser gods
Renewed, each day,
to hear the call of the creator
to praise his name
and do his will
