As a people, as a congregation
as a people of faith
claiming the name Christian
followers of Christ
Offering ourselves
to all of our neighbors
none treated better,
none given less
Sharing our table,
our lives, our work
reaching to those
who need comfort, a hand
None turned away
a seat for all, ever
a challenge to our comfort
to how things have been done
