Able to slay the giant
to stand in the field of battle
his strong trust in God
not in the king’s armor
We all must be like David
shedding our fetters
real to our own true selves
using our gifts from God
All of us can stand
if we trust in him
sharing love with our neighbors
the love of our savior
to the ends of the earth
