Abraham, went,
went where God told him to go
even in old age, trusting,
if a bit hesistantly,
not quite believing
but going, he followed
the command of God
and reaped a harvest of heirs
continuing to this day
to the end of the age
for it is his faith
that gives birth to the people,
that made the covenant,
the first covenant
reciprocal, binding,
and we all benefit
because he went,
when he was called
