Let go of our worry
grasp hold of His promise
cleave to the Word
the holy word of scripture
The coming of our Savior
the redeemer lives
we can hope in his promise
the fulfillment in Him
God will prevail
over all the forces
the things of this earth
leading us to heaven
in this eternal birth
We can face the darkness
the light of Christ held high
sharing His goodness
that all would know His mercy
protected in His might
