Always trying to be in control
when God has a plan
we are to submit our all
to follow the master’s command
to seek the best
for all our fellow man
to go where we are sent
to do all we can
Our lives are a journey
walking here below
only for a short time
until the trumpet’s call
We are exiles
traversing the earth
until our time is done
and we have our heavenly birth
