Knowing we belong
not knowing our part yet
into the orchestra
feeling your calling
the Spirit deep within
Humble, waiting
looking at the choices
the stirring of the gifts within
to join their praises
our seat already assigned
though we are blind as yet
Finding our instrument
or maybe trying several
our gifts multi-layered
in the brass, the woodwinds
maybe in the percussion
Yet our place in the symphony
the one song of the believers
all of creation singing
in praises to our king
finding our place,
our instrument calling to us
Part of the one church
one body in Christ
all with a role
each one playing our instrument
singing praises to our king
