The world alive
brilliant in white
the azure sky
shining back in light
So beautiful the storm
after its passing
bright after the snowfalls
while the sun is out
Teasing us to come
to spend time outside
to linger in the sunlight
the walk and look about
Warming sunshine
melting the snow
watching the glinting icicles
everywhere I go
