He, the Christ, Jesus, the very same,
ascended into Heaven
Glorious Day!
On the wings of the cloud
He rose beyond sight
beyond comprehension
to His heavenly home
That is where He waits
until the timing of the Father
To return
to complete His call
to bring His people home
