    We started the season with a little setback because we had to have two seniors move to the setter position where they haven't ever played. I know I have the hitters that I can use to run some plays and we're just now getting the confidence in the setters.

    To the contrary, if that person had no specific goal in mind and the end of the week were approaching, they probably would not pull out all the stops like the goal setter would. Goal setters tend to have a very clear picture of what they are trying to achieve and that in itself is a source of motivation.

    It was a good solid match all the way around. Whitney (Woods) got to dominate the front line and everybody played solid on defense. My setters also moved the ball around. Everybody played and it was a good solid match for us.

    We were looking to have her be one of the setters this summer and she'd gone from not setting last year to setting part-time this summer to setting full-time. To do the job she's done is utterly amazing. She takes it very seriously and she has been such a joy for us.

    Physically, I have to get a lot better, ... I have to play these three setters and the points are going to go on and on. This is not something that is going to happen overnight. I am only 18 and this is going to take time. My body is still growing and I'm still adjusting to my own body.

    I've got a great situation in that they're both quality setters and if one guy is having a bad night, I can plug the other guy in and not worry. They've shown they're able to communicate with the rest of the team.
