We probably won't be able to actually build a new house for a while, because of the (sewer) moratorium. What our first project may well be instead is a rehab project, taking an existing home and improving it so that it is inhabitable.
I think it's livable. If they got running water to all these buildings that are obviously inhabitable, they could get the city cleaned up a lot faster because people would be cleaning up their own blocks and their own neighborhoods.
Their property backs up to a wildlife corridor and they are going to see more wildlife than people on Perkins Street, ... I understand it is a really intrusive and difficult problem to deal with. All they can do is remove the food supply and water, reduce the habitat and hiding places and make it an inhabitable place for rats.

Both of our main hospital buildings at Charity and University Hospitals are uninhabitable for health-care purposes. We don't believe it will ever be inhabitable again. We are forced to leave those buildings and start with a new footprint.
