NEW YORK -- Paul McCartney sometimes gets a little help from a friend. When I write, there are times -- not always -- when I hear John (Lennon) in my head, ... I'll think, OK, what would we have done here, and I can hear him gripe or approve.

We're used to playing on a consistent basis, and it's a hard adjustment to make mentally and physically. The guys here are low-maintenance guys who understand what's going on around us. That doesn't make it easier, but we're not going to gripe about it. We're still going to be great teammates, but it's tough to swallow.
I go to the stores a lot and I talk to my customers a lot and the biggest demand was for petite and plus sizes, and it just had to be addressed. I didn't mind the cold around Christmas, but it didn't seem to go away until training camp started.

I was disappointed that Fieldin reacted as quickly as he did, but he has a legitimate gripe. Randy was saying some things in the first inning and by the second inning Cubby had enough. In the first inning they went back and forth and Fieldin told him, to his credit, that he's had enough and to calm it down.
I think that you can have a legitimate insurgency in a country that has popular support and has a cohesiveness and has a legitimate gripe. These people don't have a legitimate gripe,
