    We'd rather have our young guys play and get experience. Corey will have to play some games. Otherwise Adam will be a shadow of himself when the current road trip is over.

    We dug in and played smart defense. Adam had a great game in goal and our backs - Craig Regis, John Cohen, Corey Tucketer and Manuel Diepolder - all had great games.

    There's no question Corey has the ability to make game-changing plays with his length, his quickness, and speed. But more than anything else, he gives us an experienced player who gives us a little depth and maybe some size across our frontline to help us rebound a little better.


    Since Day One, I've been impressed with him, ... With Corey, I remember talking to him in the parking lot, talking to him in the locker room and seeing where his mind was at. It was always in the right place, I felt. Never did I think, 'Maybe I should talk to this guy a little more and let him know how it is around here.' I felt he understood how it is from the beginning.


    There was a lot of talk about Ryan and his ability. I knew he could play, but he has earned his job. He only started one game in pre-season and didn't start until the last four games. Corey makes almost every play out there.

    Elizabeth is focused, is a very good leader, and has great stickwork and the ability to beat defenders, ... Corey played on the junior varsity team last season, but has worked hard on her game. She is coachable and serious about field hockey, and is really improving. Jessica came off the bench last season and is very aggressive and physical.
