The world is cold and terrible, you know,
Experience has taught the trav’ler so:
We journey from our native coast to coast,
To find little of which to gloat or boast.
However, if we trust our Conscience’s Guide,
We sure shall have the truth and God beside:
This Urge of destiny is Nature’s light,
It ne’er shall go astray if followed right.
