Knowing the pain,
not wanting to remember,
yet submitting himself
like Christ to the cross
Sharing his walk
faithful through the trials
the evil brought upon him
that we would see the power
the rock that he stands on
the love of our risen Lord
there in the trials
the evil brought upon him
no match for God’s love
leading him onward
sharing his story
that we may be redeemed
sharing God’s message
God’s eternal message of love.
